Hidden gem by the beach
Waking up to the sea breeze was magical! The staff's warmth truly made our stay special, and we enjoyed every moment in this garden paradise. We highly recommend cycling to explore nearby local spots.
As much as we appreciated the beaches, the dinner buffet lacked variety which left us wanting more. The extra fees for air conditioning felt excessive compared to the overall room pricing.

The facilities showed signs of wear, particularly in the bathrooms where some fixtures didn't quite function properly. A small yet annoying detail, the breakfast setup fell short, with uncovered food attracting flies, which wasn't what I expected from a place that got high marks elsewhere.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the inviting pool area, which offered plenty of sun loungers, making it perfect for relaxation. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a cozy balcony that added to our comfort during our stay.
While breakfast was decent, I wished there was more variety, especially with fresh fruits instead of tinned ones.

The room was spacious and featured a lovely balcony, making it a comfortable retreat. The pool area was a highlight, especially during the heatwave, offering a great space to relax. our initial experience was marred by stained sheets upon arrival, which took too long to resolve. the breakfast lacked fresh fruit variety, and some of the towels provided appeared to be unclean.

The Palm Beach Hotel had a lot going for it. The pool area really stood out for me. it was large, clean, and perfect for lounging. I especially appreciated that I could always find a sunbed even in the morning. The bar staff were a highlight—Gratziella was just amazing! She made our days more enjoyable with her bubbly personality. Our room had a spacious balcony with a nice view, which I loved. The cleaning staff did an excellent job as well, keeping everything spotless. I did have a few issues, though. The shower cubicle felt cramped and could definitely use some updating. Breakfast was decent, but I wished for a bit more variety, especially fresh fruits instead of tinned ones. While the lunch food was good, some of the dinner options felt limited, missing a wider selection. Sometimes, it took a while to get a taxi back from Kos town. It might be better to arrange rides ahead of time. Nevertheless, my overall time at the hotel was fun, and I would consider coming back next year to soak in that relaxing atmosphere again.

Delicious Food and Great Pool Experience
I recently had a great stay with my partner, enjoying the large and comfortable bed in our Deluxe Double Room, and the enjoyable outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxation. Breakfast featured a delightful assortment including pastries and yogurt, while the evening meals were varied and often included a Greek specialty, showcasing local flavors. We appreciated the free wine and plate of mixed meats waiting for us upon arrival, a nice touch that set the tone for our stay. I wished there was more variety at breakfast, especially with fruits and sweet options.

This place was just an appropriate option for a two-day stay in Kos Town with great value for money. The staff tried to accommodate our needs by offering extra pillows when we asked. Avoid peak breakfast hours to skip the lines and enjoy a quieter meal.
